This business-district basement is easily missed but is actually one of the city’s premier seafood restaurants. Presentation is elegant, with carefully selected flavours allowing the fish, mostly sourced from Scotland, to shine. Service is smart and solicitous. There’s a good weekday three-course lunch featuring dishes such as roast Shetland hake and crisp-fried sea bream.
