A young man’s dream

When you muck around with MGs all your life, as I have done, two things happen: firstly, you realise what a rich and diverse history the MG Car Company has had, from the creation of the first MG in 1923 through to the modern era, with some amazing special racing and record-breaking cars built along the way. Secondly, if you started mucking about early enough, you end up with shelves, boxes and sometimes even sheds filled with various left-over bits and pieces from the repairs, restorations and general hoarding that goes with having fun with old cars.
