FORD STYLE AT MECUM

The re-scheduled Gone Farmin’ sale, run by Mecum, took place at Davenport, Iowa, on June 18-20th. This is usually a very popular auction organised by the company that’s famous for its many classic car sales held right across the USA, on an almost weekly basis.

On this occasion, though, the sale that offered so much, didn’t quite deliver as one would have hoped. No doubt the ongoing Covid-19-related problems, and the switch of date, put some would-be buyers off. Nevertheless, ‘live’, online auctions are far better than timed ones, that’s for sure.
