MANY people are struggling financially now. One way to alleviate the pressure is by voluntarily surrendering items – such as cars or furniture – bought on credit. Article 127 of the National Credit Act states you’re allowed to return these items to the credit provider, such as the car dealership or furniture store, you bought them from.
The goods will then be resold in order to settle your debt.
