After the rain
The Sony World Photography Awards has returned for its 13th year with. Commenting on the photo, Liu said: “After a downpour, there is often a moment of beauty. Here, a zebra crossing, an umbrella and a lone figure combine to make a colourful composition.” An exhibition featuring the winners’ work is normally held at London’s Somerset House but this year has gone virtual, available on the World Photography Organisation’s website, while a Stay Connected page has been set up, featuring a varied programme of online initiatives, activities and resources, to support and inspire audiences and photographers.
