MYSTWOOD HARVEST

WHEN we bought our block we had a vague idea that one day we would do on our little bit of land. Perhaps a plant nursery, an orchard, a market garden or a wildflower farm . . . maybe all of those things. However, it was little more than an abstract concept until the world turned upside down. After a nightmare bushfire season, Covid swept the globe. Australia, still reeling from the trauma of summer, went into a voluntary lockdown followed swiftly by a legislated one. For us that meant that in a few short days our main income dried
