More railways reopen after extended Covid-19 closures

AUGUST 1 marked a return to partial normality for a number of our preserved railways, seeing the first public passenger trains run since the early spring.
The weekend marked a second phase of post-Covid reopenings, with several heritage lines having already resumed operations during mid-July.
