Sprinter Bruintjies used his lockdown time to find a whole new career

Thanks to the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak, the vast majority of sportspeople have found themselves sitting on their hands for the past few months. Not so for South African sprinter Henricho Bruintjies, who has not only found something to do, but also appears to have stumbled across his next career.

A week ago, Bruintjies, one of the country’s five sub-10-second 100m sprinters, told the Tuks website that he had used the time to begin work as a fitness trainer, a
