It is significant when a political party or politicians who are or were members of Parliament (MPs) wake up one day and run to the courts to have laws they passed or left on our statute books for so long be declared unconstitutional. This may mean that the public is owed some change from their hefty salaries and some rent for using Parliament as a place to sleep during sessions instead of working hard for the people.
