DISCARDED PSL PLAYERS FACE A FEW MONTHS WITHOUT PAY

Tough times lie ahead for out-of-contract players as they face months without salaries. Several PSL players, who were released by their clubs following the expiry of their contracts this week, face the sad reality of going without income for up to three months.

This means that, as of this month, these players are effectively free agents, but will not be allowed to register and play for another club until the new season.

The PSL is yet to announce when the delayed season will resume, but City Press has established
