Communications, Telecommunications and Postal Services Minister Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams is allegedly at loggerheads with the SA Post Office (Sapo) board over the payments and distribution of the R350 Covid-19 relief grants and the appointment of a new chief executive officer (CEO), among other things.
