WHILE GREAT STRIDES HAVE BEEN MADE the fight against HIV/AIDS, the Kingdom of eSwatini (formerly Swaziland) still has one of the highest rates of HIV/AIDS in the world. According to the World Health Organization, the HIV prevalence rate among pregnant women is currently estimated to be 43% and nearly a third (27%) of adults over 15 years old are living with HIV/AIDS.
