The Knitter

Passage of Light

PATTERN NOTES

The garment is worked from the bottom up. The front and back border edges are worked in rows, then joined to work in the round to the armholes. Sleeve edges are worked in rows, then joined to work in the round. The sleeves are joined to the body to form the yoke and worked in the Fair Isle pattern, with decrease rounds worked on plain rounds between the three charts. The neck is finished with an i-cord cast-off.

When working with two strands of one colour held together, you may wish to work with one strand from the outside of the ball and one strand from the inside.
