Home is where the heart is

HOME FARM in the English Cotswolds sits on 150 acres of ancient ridge-and-furrow farmland. There has been a farm on this site for many centuries–Home Farm was listed in the Domesday Book of 1086. The current farmstead was almost derelict when it was bought by Jayne Dryden in 2006. Since then, Jayne and her husband Steve have renovated the farmhouse and established their flock of Wensleydale sheep. Their business, Home Farm Wensleydales, sells hand-knitting yarns in a range of weights, and supplies fleece to hand-spinners. We asked Jayne to tell us her story.
