Before you even look at the sky, take a look at yourself in the mirror. Are you dressed properly? You’re going to be outside for at least an hour, hopefully longer, and it can get cold even on summer nights. So dress appropriately, with a warm jacket, thick socks, and gloves, scarf and a hat.
