The Owners

Marston Luce is an antiques dealer with a shop in Washington DC. He bought this house in France in 1996 and he and his wife Deborah spend five months of the year here, arriving on 1st June and staying until the end of October. It is his base for travel in Europe, where he buys pieces for the house and his shop.

The Property

Located in Périgord, southwest France, and dating back to the 15th century with later additions, the house is known as a (long farmhouse) and has a kitchen, dining room, sitting room and guest suite on the ground floor, with a bathroom and a master bedroom upstairs. ntiques
