1 Happy birthday

Rotate the sketch 90 degrees anticlockwise and move the balloons. Die cut a 130mm square frame from yellow card and attach to a 146mm square base. Cut a curtain shape fromStamp ‘Happy birthday’ onto strips of pale red and green card. Die cut two large balloons from red and green glitter card and attach the sentiments. Add the balloons to the base, as shown. Die cut the bow and string from yellow glitter card. Add to the curtains. Add three red stars, to finish.
