Vellum radiance

The delicate nature of vellum has meant it has long been a popular material for papercrafting and cardmaking. The translucent paper can be used to create see-through windows, soften bright inks and can be torn to create a charming distressed finish.

As vellum is so delicate, it requires a little extra care when crafting with it. Trim your panels with a sharp guillotine to avoid creasing the edges, and cut the panels before stamping on them to prevent damaging the surface. If you’re new to crafting with vellum, practise stamping and inking on a scrap of vellum first, to get used to
