The delicate nature of vellum has meant it has long been a popular material for papercrafting and cardmaking. The translucent paper can be used to create see-through windows, soften bright inks and can be torn to create a charming distressed finish.
As vellum is so delicate, it requires a little extra care when crafting with it. Trim your panels with a sharp guillotine to avoid creasing the edges, and cut the panels before stamping on them to prevent damaging the surface.
