Brilliant balloons

I wanted to share my latest make using the Hip Hip Hooray. My husband’s birthday was coming up and I always find it hard to think up a new card design for him, so when I saw the cover gift I knew my problem was solved. I die cut the balloons from pieces of tissue paper to give them a slightly translucent effect.
