Q I spotted some cross stitch dies in your last issue. I’ve seen them before, but I’m a bit confused. How do you use them? Do you stitch onto them?

A The dies you’ve seen are probably the ones that we featured on last issue’s Enter To Win page. They’re by Marianne Design and come in a range of shapes. They’re used with a special die-cutting machine to create stitchable areas on cards, gift tags and more. You can use them to cut through paper, card, craft foam, thin craft metals and wool felt.
