    Arriving in Cantaloa, Spain in 1906 to visit his sister , who works as floor manager at the luxurious Gran Hotel, (Yon Gonzalez) is horrified to learn that she has mysteriously disappeared after being sacked for (Amaia Salamanca), the beautiful daughter of the hotel’s owner who shares his suspicions. Working together to find out what’s going on, Julio and Alicia fall in love but their lives are complicated when she’s forced to marry (Pedro Alonso), the hotel’s manager.
