The keeper’s view

The RSPB has published the first-stage consultation results of its review on gamebird shooting. Guess what, it is rather negative. The society is investigating moorland management for driven grouse and the release of non-native gamebirds. It consulted members, volunteers, staff and stakeholders.

My first observation is this is a sample that has not only introduced bias but also any statistical reference will be drawn from an almost entirely biased input. The charity is called the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds,
