far above the glittering harbour and the frenetic city of Sydney, this bathroom has “Rather than tiles we chose to use bookmatched Super White marble slabs on the floors, walls and custom vanity as this is the best way to appreciate the natural beauty of the stone. The movement of the greys and whites in the slabs reflects the movement of the clouds, creating an immersive experience. We worked with the joiner to create custom fluted-veneer cabinetry used throughout the apartment, and have used this on the vanity drawer fronts to bring a warmth to the bathroom space. Complementing the space and adding a personalised touch, the unique Bocci glass pendant light glows in the evening but appears as a beautiful sculptural form in the daytime.”
