Surrounded by his wife Carole and their eight children, it’s clear Rémi Tessier is a man who doesn’t do things in a small way.

He has made his name creating some of the most extraordinary interiors for lavish mansions, superyachts and private jets, while living out his own dream here at the family home in Paris.

“This is my hideaway, my private space,” he says of the beautiful house in the heart of the capital, near Parc Monceau.

Although he has lived in Lyon and studied in St Etienne, it is in Paris that Rémi feels he belongs.

“I was born in Paris, it’s my place, my city and, in my opinion, the most beautiful one in the world. And it’s where I’ve made a home with my family,” he says.
