Practice makes perfect

I have to admit, I do rather like a tactical rifle. That’s not to say I don’t see the beauty in an elegant walnutstocked hunting rifle, as I do, and if money was no object I’d certainly have a stunning Holland & Holland hunting rifle or similar in a glass case in my gun room to admire.

However, a while back I decided I fancied a new 22LR ‘fun gun’; something semi-auto and ‘tacticool’ for plinking. After a little internet research, I settled on the latest Smith & Wesson offering, the M&P 15-22 Sport from Sportsman Gun Centre, an option that wasn’t going to hideously wipe out my overdraft.
