VW AND FORD JOIN FORCES
The Ford Motor Company and Volkswagen AG have signed new agreements that expand their so called global alliance. The partnership, known as Project Cyclone will see a collaborative effort in the production of new vans and pickup trucks. The companies expect the alliance to help with rapidly innovating vehicle offerings, new technologies and delivering better model choices. They both anticipate big growth in the demand for commercial vehicles and for high-performing electric vehicles.
