STEAK TACO SALAD
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2)
- 200g lean steak (such as sirloin), cut into thin strips
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- Juice of half a lime
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
FOR THE DRESSING
- 40g reduced-fat soured cream
- Juice of half a lime - 1 tsp chilli powder
TO SERVE
- 1 iceberg lettuce, shredded- 1 small avocado, diced- 100g kidney beans- 100g sweetcorn- 1 small- Coriander, for garnishing
