GETTING BACK IN THE SWING
For many shooters, going into lockdown felt like a time of despair and an inevitable drop in performance. I tried to see it as an opportunity to improve – a time to focus on elements of my game that are too often disregarded or left to chance. If you follow my social media you will have seen me trying to make the most of this down-time. In particular I have been focusing on the basics, the foundations that I hope will make me a better shooter. So I’ve been doing more weight training, working at having a more consistent gun mount, focusing on my nutrition plan and a few other things that might enhance my game, even if only marginally.
