YAMAHA YZF-R1

’ve had this R1 for three years now and when I got it, it was completely standard with 12k on the clock. It now has 18k and has been all over, issue 363) so we swapped a lot of ideas and contacts from all over Europe and the UK to get the different parts. How my fiancée managed to put up with me and my constant carbon purchases I have no idea–but I love her all the more for it! Special thanks to the absolute legends Karl Waldron for keeping the Big Bang thumping throughout the year, FFCarbon, Viking Motorcycle Seats and Profibre racing!
