Legendary diva Cher has told friends it’s high-time her arch rival Madonna hung up her microphone, according to sources. “She snickers to pals that Madonna as a performer is a joke and is all washed up,” reveals one insider.
A few months ago, Madonna was forced to cancel shows on her Madame X tour because of an injury. Cher, says the source, “just rolled her eyes and murmured that she should just retire already”.
