During your darkest days, it can be really hard to find light at the end of the tunnel. Believe me, I have been there myself.

As a suddenly unemployed, single mum of two young children, I didn’t think life would ever get any easier.

But just as you hit rock bottom, you somehow manage to find a way out.

Everyone has their own coping mechanisms to survive the hard and lonely times.
