Slow cooker central

We are halfway through the year and one of the most challenging resolutions I set for myself this year was to slow down. I have to admit, as a mum, a wife and a full-time worker, I’m guilty of going through life on autopilot, at times working for hours on end and not giving myself any time to breathe. If this sounds familiar to you, one of the simplest ways I found to help switch off and slow down is to take the pressure off (literally).
