I have been a Nikon user since the early ’70s (starting with 35mm film cameras), but have let things lapse for the last several years by resorting to a pocketable digital camera for the sake of convenience.

However, around 18 months ago I acquired a used D7000 and, a few months later, a D7200. This was to get some ‘digital’ use from my old Nikon AI lens collection.
