As the shackles of lockdown have gently been unfastened we have all been rediscovering the joys Our Boats contributor Richard Hall this meant a trip on his Marex 310 from his home berth in Christchurch to Weymouth Bay, where he and his friends on another 310 were in for a bit of a surprise. Not one but five of the largest cruise ships on the water were all taking shelter, including two of the iconic Cunard Queens. “Up close they are all just brilliant feats of engineering,” he writes in his forthcoming Our Boats article, which you can read next month.
