Due to the COVID 19 pandemic and subsequent government returning us to normal under Level One, hot rod events are now allowed again. We’re keeping abreast of all changes to the status of Upcoming Events we are aware of. If you see your event listed here and the status has changed then please let us know asap.

JULY

> 3-5 Whitestone Rodder’s 45th Anniversary in Oamaru. Registration is $60/head. Enquiries to Mike Shaw 027 302 4458 or Mark Young 0274 375 612

> 4 Independence Day run. Leaving Beaumont Street at 7.30pm cruising around the waterfront to St Heliers for a park-up. Hot coffee avail. (money raised goes to local charities) Fireworks at about 8.30pm then clean up and head home.

> 4 Vehicle Display hoted by Golden Bay Rodders at Reefton Campground from 11am ‘til 2pm. Open to all vehicles: Hot Rods, Classics, Street Machines,Muscle Cars, trucks, utes and bikes. Gold coin donation.

> 5 Swapmeet at Porangahau (42km sth of Waipukurau) at the Duke Hotel, 2 Abercrombie St, from 10am. Ph 022 671 9737

> 5 Mates Car Cruize Dunedin. Meet at Ice Stadium car park, Victoria St, Dunedin at 10.30 for an 11 am departure. Open to all makes and models, American, Euro, Jappa, Aussie, trucks and bikes too.
