    Heljan's late-condition '00' Class 33/0

    LATE-CONDITIO Class 33/0s in '00' gauge are a welcome addition to the Heljan range, bringing the model into the post-1990 period including Privatisation and the current heritage railway scene.

    The model is based on the retooled Class 33/0 model released a number of years ago which was not fitted with square-framed headlights. Version 3 enjoys the same attention to detail in the bogie sideframes, fuel tank and bufferbeam areas. The side radiator grilles have been upgraded with a finer mesh and lighting is provided with LEDs rather than filament lamps.

    Heljan has applied liveries relating to the last days of the 'Cromptons' to this new batch of Class 33/0s, including weathered Trainload Construction, late rail blue, Mainline Freight (featured) and Privatisation liveries
