Dealership life AFTER LOCKDOWN

BROWNHILLS

They are clearly taking customer and staff safety very seriously at Britain’s biggest single-site motorhome dealer.

If you have visited Brownhills – just off the A1 near Newark – before, you should notice some big differences when you head along to the showroom to look at the new Adria, Auto-Trail, Elddis, Itineo, Rapido and Swift models on display.

On the service side, the customer waiting area has more than doubled in size, and the company is ensuring all transactions are as paperless as possible, and that keys are sterilised.

Chief executive Steve Cullen says: ‘We want to create a new environment that makes our customers and staff feel safe, but most importantly is safe.”
