Mountain bike technique has been evolving for decades – from the sat-down pedalling style of the 90s to the stable upper body of today – and fortunately, a great deal of it is captured on video, meaning we can learn from past mistakes and take our riding to the next level.

At Dirt School we pay close attention to the trends in body position that have filtered down from pro riders and how they have evolved over the years. Once you start to understand what it is that a lot of the top riders are doing in order to gain control, you can apply those same techniques to your own riding and feel the difference immediately.
