A If you are taking antidepressants, you’ve probably already tried other ways to help. These might include trying to change any triggers, a healthy lifestyle (exercise, balanced diet, rest and relaxation techniques), limiting alcohol intake, and treatments such as CBT - cognitive behavioural therapy, counselling, mindfulness and/or support groups.
