Founder of The Manse, one of Sydney’s leading injectables and anti-ageing clinics, Dr Naomi McCullum is a maximalist when it comes to in-clinic treatments, and a minimalist in terms of make-up.

I’m creating my own skincare line, so I’m experimenting with skincare at the moment. I haven’t had a proper routine for years because I try [so many] brands, as well as our own creations. On a day off from testing, though, I like SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic [$210] and SkinCeuticals Ultra Facial Defense [$55].

For evening, it’s all about the serums. As I’m formulating, I’ll mix different products together on my face. For example, vitamin A with a strong salicylic acid, or I will put double the recommended amount of each of our products on my neck to see what could go wrong. Otherwise, I enjoy SkinCeuticals Hyaluronic Acid Intensifier [$142] and the brand’s Hydrating B5 Gel [$137] at the end of a day.

I believe internal health and mental health can have significant effects on your skin. As COVID-19 was first hitting, before we were quarantined, I noticed patients’ skin was reacting to the extreme stress. Even those with typically “perfect” skin.

I take immune-boosting supplements, such as vitamin C and zinc drops, which I gargle. I also take a Manuka honey, turmeric and Nigella
