For one in seven women diagnosed with breast cancer during their lifetime (one woman was told the news every 10 minutes in the UK in 2019*), they face a drastic acclimatisation to their new reflection in the bedroom mirror. Battling body confidence following breast cancer surgery is a challenge that can be tougher during the summer months, when we want to wear swimwear and strappy tops.
