HOW NICK AND ROSIE DID IT

‘The kitchen wasn’t coping, so our objective was) to get planning permission, but Rosie and I came up with the design. Being a builder (), I built a side-return extension and designed its pitched timber and glass roof. We wanted plenty of storage so that everything we needed would be within reach. The build took around three months and cost £70,000. Our bigger kitchen has definitely improved our lives!’
