    1 ball 50gm Patons Classic totem 8ply Contrast 2 – black #4330 (C2)

    Needles

    4.00mm knitting needles 3.25mm knitting needles 4.00mm circular knitting needle

    3.25mm circular knitting needle

    1 stitch, holder cable needle wool sewing needle

    Tension

    22 sts by 30 rows to 10cm over stocking st, using 4.00mm needles.

    Special abbreviations

    C12R = Slip next 6 sts onto cable needle and leave at back of work, K6, then K6 from cable needle.

    C12L = Slip next 6 sts onto cable needle and leave at front of work, K6, then K6 from cable needle.

    C10R = Slip next 5 sts onto cable needle and leave at back of work, K5, then K5 from cable needle.

    C10L = Slip next 5 sts onto cable needle and leave at front of work, K5, then K5 from cable needle.
