He phoned twice regarding my Applications to Renew my FAC, SGC, Black Powder and also Variations. From the outset he was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, though strict. He asked searching questions but was totally fair and understanding.

My renewed certificates, with requested variations, arrived well before expiry date. Just shows, with the right people it can be done. This old chap can continue
