GOLDEN HOUR IN THE GARDEN
Known for its beautiful golden flowers, the Laburnum Arch at Bodnant Gardens in North Wales has put on another spectacular spring display. This year, the 180ft-long archway bloomed on 15 May, the earliest for a decade, a result of the UK’s sunniest April since Met Office records began in 1929, with 224.5 hours of sunshine.
