I heard that it is possible to import photos from your iPhone straight into a Pages document. How is this done? Sarah Jameson

1 Add insert

Ensure both Mac and iPhone are signed in to the same Apple ID and on the same Wi-Fi network. In Pages, select the picture box destination in your document and click on ‘Insert’.

2 Take picture

From the Insert menu, select the ‘Import From iPhone’ option. If you then select ‘Take Photo’ from the sub-menu then the Camera app will automatically launch on your iPhone.

3 Import image

This message will appear on your Mac screen during the process. Take the picture as normal and it will be automatically imported into your chosen location within the document.
