    The benefits of a hobby

    A study by behavioural scientists at University College, London, and published in the British Journal of Psychiatry, says that pursuing a hobby and engaging in cultural activities (among other things) reduces the likelihood of dementia by 26%. Good news for photographers; especially ‘art' photographers and presumably even more effective for those who use film cameras in manual mode and do their own processing.
