On April 27, Trinidad & Tobago Football Association (TTFA) president William Wallace offered what sounded like welcome news to the country’s national coaches. Salaries overdue for some three to four months would finally be paid as FIFA Forward programme funding – due to the twinisland republic since January – was finally on its way.
