Can you talk a little about Kosovo’s style of play. You’re not exactly a team that sits back and defends…

It’s nothing new for me, that is my match philosophy as a coach, that is my football and it’s the way for me to get the best out of my players. I was a defender but my football has always been positive, very offensive with high pressing and with risk. It’s not about aesthetics, it’s just clear in my mind that it gives me better chances of winning. I observe a lot. I am not young but I am not old fashioned, either.
