    Cash boost for Hythe Pier train refurbishment project

    CAMPAIGNERS working to save Hampshire’s 2ft gauge Hythe Pier railway have been awarded a £10,000 grant to restore its century-old train.

    The Hythe Pier Heritage Association has been given the money by the Beaulieu Beaufort Foundation, a charity which supports local organisations and individuals.
